Walk With Ease program to help people with arthritis


MARYVILLE, Mo. - An exercise program is giving people with arthritis some relief. Walk With Ease, a six week walking program created by the Arthritis Foundation, is being offered for free starting Jan. 25 at the Maryville Community Center.

Health Education Specialist at the University of Missouri-Extension Debbie Bennett told KXCV/KRNW that they will give people advice on how to stay active and pain-free.
